PR Moxie

Welcome to the PR Moxie blog where I’ll be discussing the changing attitude, habits and best practices in the evolving world of Public Relations.  I come from the old school practices of PR having been raised by the quintessential PR man – my father.  Though I chased and developed diverse skills in the video/TV/film production industries as well as the high smooze world of Investor Relations, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree and am pleased that my PR firm is coming up on its fifth year in business.  At the end of the day, I am a storyteller and PR has been a perfect industry to practice my craft. 

I now use my 20+ years of experience in the communications industry and throw myself whole-heartedly into the new rules and techniques of PR and embrace the old with the new.  I hope you can share some thoughts and comments on my rants and observations.  I love the word ‘Moxie’ as to me it implies confidence along with some creativity and dare I say possibly determination and know how.  Thanks for stopping by – look forward to catching up soon.
